W Ibiza has reopened for the Summer 2023 season with a refreshed culinary offering.
This summer, guests and island visitors will have greater choice when it comes to dining as two new restaurants land at W Ibiza.
Fire brings the heat to the table with a menu that celebrates earthy flavours and a marriage of farm and flames, where fire is the main ingredient.
Within the restaurant’s simple yet sultry interiors, guests will have their pick of Spanish wines paired with grilled meat, fish and vegetables. An open kitchen sits at the heart of the space, offering a front-row seat to the energetic and unexpected theatrics of an evening at Fire.
Meanwhile, on the seafront of Santa Eulalia, Steps debuts a fresh, vegetable-forward menu for relaxed all-day dining. The new eatery prioritises responsibly sourced seasonal ingredients and home-style cooking, promising wholesome and healthy bowls, juices and low-alcohol cocktails.
The new hotspots join W Ibiza’s established restaurants and bars, including rooftop pool terrace Glow Bar, W Lounge and Wet Deck.
