Villa La Massa brings Tuscan truffle season to The Goring
The Goring has partnered with Villa La Massa and sister property Villa d’Este to host three nights of truffle dinners in November 2023.
Bringing the best of Tuscan truffle season to London, from 16-18 November The Dining Room at The Goring will serve an exclusive The Goring x Villa La Massa Truffle Dinner, brought to life by Head Chefs Stefano Ballarino (Villa La Massa) and Graham Squire (The Goring). The two family-run hotels have created a special menu, combining Villa La Massa’s rich Italian heritage with The Goring’s Michelin-starred flair.
This pop-up is the latest dynamic culinary partnership from The Goring, following the success of the hotel’s recent sell-out residency at Fortnum & Mason’s Food & Drink Studio – an experiential hub dedicated to extraordinary gastronomy. And with an exciting refresh on the horizon, this is one of the final opportunities for guests to experience The Goring’s iconic Dining Room before year-end.
“As like-minded, family-owned luxury hotels, we’re delighted to welcome Villa La Massa and Villa d’Este’s talented chefs to The Goring this November,” says Jeremy Goring, CEO of The Goring. “We strive to ensure our guests get a front-row seat at the best gastronomic experiences London has to offer, and this partnership will be no exception.”
Davide Bertilaccio, CEO of Villa d’Este Hotels, comments: “We are thrilled to collaborate with the outstanding team at The Goring this November. Our Chefs are some of the finest in Italy and we are excited to bring a true taste of Tuscany to London this winter.”
