The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul launches Limoré

The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul launches Limoré, an Italian restaurant that brings the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean to the city’s heart.

Offering Bosphorus views, Limoré is the latest addition to the hotel’s dining portfolio, which includes Turkey’s only Nobu restaurant and the Michelin Guide-recognised Atölye.

The name Limoré, a blend of “limon” (lemon) and “amor” (love), reflects the warmth, zest and connection that the Mediterranean inspires. With just 45 seats, the restaurant provides an intimate, boutique dining experience.

At the helm is Executive Chef Andrea Cetani, from Lombardy, who has curated a menu that celebrates the diverse traditions of Italian gastronomy. Signature dishes such as Limoré Linguine, Branzino Alla Mugnaia, and Truffle Risotto are crafted with fresh herbs from the restaurant’s private garden and locally sourced produce. Complementing the menu, sommelier Irene De Feo has curated a wine selection featuring international and local labels.

The design of Limoré takes inspiration from the Amalfi Coast, blending pastel tones, ceramic tiling and lemon tree accents.

“Limoré is an exciting new addition to our celebrated dining portfolio for 2025. Inspired by the Mediterranean’s vibrant spirit and the energy of Istanbul, it reflects our vision of creating exceptional culinary experiences that connect with our guests,” says Baran Süzer, Owner of The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul. “We look forward to welcoming diners to enjoy its warmth, flavours, and spectacular Bosphorus views.”
