The Langham unveils new cocktail menu
The Langham’s cocktail bar, Artesian, has unveiled a new cocktail list named Alter Ego.
The menu has been crafted to embody the duality of modern hospitality, harmoniously imaginative mixology with a refined style. The list is the second edition of Artesian’s Ingredients of the Future menu.
Each ingredient has been researched by the Artesian team, and features distinctive nutritional profiles, such as chicory, pumpkin, mushroom, daikon, tomato, leek, mung bean, kaffir leaves and walnut.
Highlights from the new menu include Lychee, a sour twist on a lychee martini with daikon as the main ingredient; Melon, an infusion of intriguing flavours and effervescent hints of melon; Pizza, a non-alcoholic concoction that captures the essence of the beloved Italian dish with savoury and herb-infused flavours; and Wood, a play on the sophisticated martini with an earthy character and subtle woody undertones.
Alter Ego will launch alongside a new selection of dishes from Chef Angelo Sato, also of Michelin-starred Humble Chicken in Soho. The menu will be a selection of Sato’s signatures, including favourites such as Buttermilk Chicken Kara-age Shichimi, Katsu Sando and Peking Duck Bao Sliders.
