Raffles Hotels & Resorts has announced the launch of Raffles Bali – the brand’s 15th hotel – and revealed its F&B offer.
Situated half an hour away from Ngurah Rai International Airport and providing views over the Indian Ocean, the property comprises just 32 private pool villas, epitomising distinguished charm and elegance.
Located at the resort’s highest point, Rumari restaurant offers authentic Balinese cooking, whilst Loloan Beach Bar and Grill – located on the resort’s secluded beach – serves seafood beneath the shade of Balinese-style ceilings.
For an elegant and intimate experience, private dining can also be arranged at The Secret Cave or at the Purnama Honeymoon Bale on the rocks at the edge of the resort.
Connoisseurs will also enjoy the brand’s iconic Writers Bar and the adjoining Library, in which they can savour classic or whimsically spiced cocktails, a glass of Champagne or an after-dinner digestif. In addition to this, guests may enjoy the bespoke Raffles Bali Sling, especially curated by the hotel’s expert mixologist.
“We are delighted to introduce our most iconic hotel brand to the beautiful island of Bali,” comments Michael Issenberg, Chairman & CEO of Accor Asia Pacific. “The highly anticipated Raffles Bali will be the brand’s second hotel in Indonesia, joining the stunning Raffles Jakarta, and is set to become a special retreat for guests to feel pampered through meaningful experiences and service that is both gracious and intuitive.”
