London Hilton on Park Lane launches ‘60s-inspired bar
Following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, London Hilton on Park Lane has unveiled its new bar, Revery.
Nestled on the ground floor of the hotel, the bar has been designed by Avroko to fuse contemporary luxury with the glamour of the ‘60s, with dark blush and terracotta hues accompanied by plush red seating and punk-inspired design elements. At the heart of Revery is a curved cocktail bar, adorned with a striking glass sculpture overhead and a backlit wall showcasing a selection of spirits.
The new Hilton hotspot transforms from day to night – a setting for pastries and hot drinks in the day, and an atmospheric hideaway for drinks in the evening, to the soundtrack of a resident DJ.
Mornings at Revery begin with a breakfast menu featuring dishes like caramelised banana porridge and chilli cheese omelettes, while daytime plates include crayfish and prawn cocktail, cornflake-fried chicken and crab croquettes.
Coffee takes centre stage with an ever-evolving range of single origin beans from Workshop Coffee in Fitzrovia, accentuated by an Elektra Belle Époque coffee machine.
Cocktails meanwhile are crafted by Head Bartender Giusepina De Filippis, with creations like ‘House Cup’ and ‘Majesty’ drawing on a distinctly British spirit cabinet.
