Kimpton Aysla Mallorca reopens with new culinary experiences
Kimpton Aysla Mallorca has reopened its doors for the season with new culinary concepts.
Tucked away in the town of Santa Ponsa, just 20 minutes from Palma de Mallorca, Kimpton Aysla Mallorca offers a modern Mediterranean experience, integrating contemporary design with traditional island charm.
This season brings some enhancements to the resort, with the transition of the Zayt Pool Bar into the elevated Zayt Pool Club, offering a poolside retreat with Balinese beds.
A refreshed poolside menu spotlights local ingredients. Inspired by the Arabic word for oil, Zayt’s menu now features grilled meats and seafood, fresh poké bowls and wood-fired pizzas – to be enjoyed under the sun with a refreshing drink in hand.
Additionally, Saba Bar & Bodega introduces a culinary experience where Asian techniques meet Mediterranean flavours across three distinctive dining settings.
On the open-air terrace surrounded by lush gardens, the venue embraces the relaxed spirit of Mediterranean dining. Guests can enjoy fresh seafood, premium meats and crafted cocktails in an inviting yet sophisticated atmosphere where local flavours take centre stage.
At the heart of Saba Restaurant is the Theatre Kitchen, an open-concept space where guests can witness the artistry behind sushi preparation, fire-grilled meats and signature dishes.
In Orangerie, the glass-enclosed terrace adjacent to the Theatre Kitchen, there is a menu that highlights innovative sushi rolls and contemporary Asian tapas.
