Jo Malone London has introduced a new afternoon menu to Four Seasons Istanbul at the Bosphorus, inspired by the brand’s signature scents.
Served up at the hotel’s Grace Brands Patisserie, overlooking the waters of the Istanbul Strait, the new menu features treats drawing on the notes of five key scents, including Lime Basil & Mandarin, English Pear & Freesia, Peony Blush & Suede, Wood Sage & Sea Salt and Myrrh & Tonka.
Prepared under the guidance of the Hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef Yalçın Köse, and Executive Chef Görkem Özkan, guests will dine on the likes of citrus and sage tart, mastic flavour crème brûlée with “tonka” chocolate, dried rose meringue with passion cream, and lime and mandarin cremeux, as well as an array of savoury sandwiches.
The Jo Malone London afternoon tea will be served up on plates from Pip Studio’s Blushing Birds collection, bringing extra vibrancy to the experience.
