INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza, part of Meliá Hotels International, has launched a new cocktail and smoothie menu, using fresh ingredients from Ibiza’s largest certified organic farm, Terra Masia.
Available every Wednesday throughout the season at INNSiDE by Melia Ibiza’s Rooftop Nine, the hotel is giving guests the chance to sample some of the island’s home grown seasonal fruits and vegetables. Run by a two Michelin-starred chef, Terra Masia spreads over 56 hectares of Mediterranean countryside, growing a wide variety of biodynamic vegetables, fruit, herbs, edible flowers and free-range eggs.
The new menu, made from Terra Masia’s offerings, will bring to life an array of freshly-made smoothies, juices, organic lemonades and iced teas in the daytime. Meanwhile, the evening will bring a range of handcrafted cocktails at the hotel’s bar Rooftop Nine, including exclusion creations featuring Terra Masia’s own gin.
The organic gin – made from juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, sweet orange peel, fresh lemon peel, lemon thyme and lemon verbena leaf – will be available to purchase at the rooftop bar, alongside other products from the farm, including homemade tea.
INNSiDE by Melia Ibiza has reopened with a fresh new look for the 2023 season, with its Rooftop Nine comprising a panoramic rooftop terrace with views of the sea.
