Hideout Lounge & Grill, run by Paragon Hospitality, has opened its flagship restaurant at INNSiDE by Meliá Hotels in Manchester.
Located on First Street, which is known for its variety of eateries and entertainment options, the new venue will feature a restaurant, cocktail bar, lounge and terrace in a modern yet relaxed space.
Looking to provide a completely new dining experience, the all-day dining venue boasts a seasonal menu offering contemporary British dishes with global influences, using fresh local ingredients and a signature Manchester touch.
Dishes include crispy spicy duck and citrus sauce with sauteed greens and 24-hour slow cooked beef ribs with creamed parsnip and smoked heritage carrots as well as a number of small sharing plates and comforting desserts such as sticky date and ginger pudding and Manchester Tart with jam, custard and bananas.
The kitchen is run by Executive Head Chef Matt Nugent who has many years of experience within fine dining establishments such The five-star Lanesborough hotel and Pied à Terre restaurant in London. Nugent has also worked with celebrity chef Paul Heathcote and has led on event catering for the likes of BMW, BBC Worldwide and Audi among others.

Hideout Lounge & Grill is set to launch more sites in Newcastle and Liverpool later this year and further expansion has been earmarked in the North for Spring 2021.
