Ginori 1735 and Hotel de la Ville unveil first Ginori Café in Rome
Ginori 1735 teams up with Hotel de la Ville, a Rocco Forte hotel, to unveil the first Café Ginori in Rome.
Since opening its doors, the new space has been blending the elegance of Ginori’s porcelain with the gastronomy of Chef Fulvio Pierangelini, Creative Director of Food for Rocco Forte Hotels.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by the Ginori boutique, showcasing collectible porcelain pieces, from intricate vases to sophisticated tableware, there is the chance to take home a piece of Ginori’s design legacy.
The menu explores dynamic twists on Italian classics, adhering to Pierangelini’s love of ingredients. Artfully plated on Ginori 1735’s beautiful crockery, dishes such as Roman style artichokes or Tonnarelli cacio e pepe with lobster are complemented by a signature cocktail list.
The décor reflects Ginori 1735’s signature porcelain patterns, from the Oriente Italiano wallpaper to the embroidered cushions and upholstery of the Domus home décor collection. From the Oriente Italiano to Labirinto and Il Viaggio di Nettuno designs, every detail aims to embody Italian luxury.
