Sitting within the recently revealed Monsieur George Hotel in Paris, designed by Anouska Hempel, Galanga has opened its doors.
Named after a rare ginger plant, the all-day dining restaurant and bar can be found down a leafy walkway lit by lanterns.
Different shades of green are paired with dark accents, sumptuous textures and hints of black lacquer to create a dramatic backdrop, whilst statement globe-shaped chandeliers illuminate the space.
The menus are constantly being updated by Head Chef Thomas Danigo and Premier Second Chef Simon Pinault.
Together, they combine freshness, creativity and tradition to create a range of dishes that deliver an interesting culinary experience.
Meanwhile, the bar, sitting within the restaurant area, offers an impressive cocktail menu comprising traditional drinks and numerous house creations.
Rounding off the hotel’s F&B offering, the Monsieur George Wine Cellar, loacated near the kitchen, houses a special selection of world-renowned wines as well as a private dining area.
