Seafood restaurant Goddard & Gibbs is set to make its debut in London this March when it opens its doors within the highly-anticipated Lore Group hotel One Hundred Shoreditch.
Helmed by Head Chef Tom Moore, the restaurant will specialise in British seafood, putting the focus on ethical sourcing and local suppliers from around the UK. Inspired by the fishing villages and seaside towns along England’s East coast, the “open and accessible” menu will serve up much-loved seafood classics during the day and into the evening.
In addition to the restaurant – which features an extensive raw bar and is dominated by a striking yellow sculpture – the venue will also house The Hatch, a space serving up fun takes on dishes that evoke childhood memories of trips to the seaside. For casual drinks, guests will also have the option of heading to The Wine Bar, an area at the front of the building that overlooks bustling Shoreditch High Street. Framed by full-height windows, the bar area will offer a menu that showcases modern, forward-thinking producers, alongside a menu of complementary sharing plates.
One Hundred Shoreditch will feature 258 bedrooms, as well as six F&B destinations.
