Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates has unveiled its sleek new restaurant, Garth.
The Dubai property’s new venue takes the form of a neo-bistro tucked away in the building’s The 9 Lounge, inspired by the concept of a cloistered green garden and a revamped vision of Parisian dining.
Designed by the interior architects 4Space Design, the eatery is decked out in a chic colour palette of warm beiges, browns, creams, and dusky pinks with contrasting textures and statement pampas grass on display. A white baby grand piano adds to the effortless ambience.
Its southern European menu has been curated by the renowned chefs Mohamed Musthafa, Sartoria Lamberti and Sergei Andreychenko, with an emphasis on fine dining plates with an approachable and urban aesthetic.
An in-house raw bar offers raw fish and seafood plates, while menu highlights include classics from across Italy, France and Greece. There is slow-cooked beef cheek paccheri with veal jus and parmesan, Japanese black cod, baked eggplant with miso and peanut glaze, and grilled eggplant with miso and peanut glaze scallops served with cauliflower steak and gruyère espuma.
