Élysée’s, a new bistro-style restaurant at Fouquet’s New York, is offering a fresh take on Mediterranean cuisine in the space formerly occupied by Par Ici Café.

Under the leadership of Executive Chef Mathew Woolf, the restaurant introduces a vibrant menu inspired by the Southern coasts of Italy and France, alongside revamped interiors.

“We are excited to offer guests a new experience that brings forth the rich flavours of the Mediterranean and inspires the conviviality that the region is known for,” says Michael McGinley, General Manager of Fouquet’s New York.

The lunch menu features light, Mediterranean-inspired dishes, such as Avocado Hummus with Crudités and Pita, Salmon Paté, Burrata Pizza with Onion, Fig, and Prosciutto, and Branzino a la Plancha with Warm Olive and Tomato Salad. Dinner offerings highlight fresh seafood and pasta, with standout dishes like Harissa Shrimp with Zucchini Yogurt, Ricotta Gnudi with Sage and Brown Butter, and Linguine with Lobster and Mushroom.

“Élysée’s menu pays homage to the Mediterranean shores, showcasing a medley of culinary influences,” Chef Woolf adds. “The fresh seasonal offerings and welcoming atmosphere will captivate the senses, transporting guests to the vibrant culture and timeless allure of the Côte d’Azur.”

In addition to its menu, Élysée’s offers a reimagined cocktail selection, with Italian-inspired drinks such as a Barrel-Aged Mezcal Negroni and the “Solera,” a blend of Zacapa 23-year rum, Aperol, cucumber, and lemon. Unique combinations like the Prosciutto and Melone cocktail – featuring prosciutto-infused vodka, cantaloupe, and a crispy prosciutto garnish – round out the drinks list.
