Domes partners with Pavlos Kyriakis for Athenian pop-up
Greek lifestyle hospitality group Domes has announced a new culinary pop-up at Cretan hotel Domes Zeen Chania.
The pop-up will see Michelin-starred Chef Pavlos Kyriakis and Athenian restaurant Gallina set up shop at the hotel for two months.
Blending culinary artistry and fine wine, the collaboration offers a diverse menu fusing French and Nordic cooking techniques, drawing on produce from Greece and the Mediterranean. Menu highlights include dishes such as wagyu beef and red prawn tartare, lobster pasta and John Dory with assyrtiko sauce.
Domes Zeen Chania is centred around the Greek concept of Ef Zeen – ‘the art of living well’ – and features multiple F&B venues, including Beach House Restaurant, a poolside bar and a cocktail truck.
