Cœur de Megève welcomes alpine dining destination, Beefbar
Cœur de Megève, the alpine outpost from boutique family-owned hotel group Leitmotiv, is partnering with hospitality brand, Beefbar.
Opening in December, Beefbar Megève will combine founder Riccardo Giraudi’s philosophy of offering a new way to enjoy the best cuts of locally sourced meat with Megève’s traditional cuisine.
On the menu, guests will find classic dishes synonymous with the Beefbar name, including Japanese Kobe beef, as well as traditional dishes enhanced with locally sourced ingredients.
The newly renovated restaurant will embrace Megève’s tradition, featuring cosy banquettes and decorated in warm red, green and ochre tones. Just metres away from the church square and ski lift, Beefbar Megève is the latest addition to the ever-popular ski destination.
Located in the centre of Megève in Rhone-Alpes, only one-hour’s drive from Geneva, Cœur de Megève features a Tata Harper spa, sofa-lined terrace and elegant fireside living room for all-day lounging and relaxing following an adrenaline-fuelled day on the slopes.
Interiors with brushed walnut, tactile textiles and splashes of bright colour playfully reinvent the Alpine aesthetic without compromising on the ski chalet feel.
