Set to open on the northern coast of Crete this summer, Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa has revealed that Chef Lefteris Lazarou will craft the menus across the hotel’s F&B outlets.
The resort’s design, conceptualised by Gian Paolo Venier, combines a calming and neutral colour palette with eclectic finishes.
Placing fresh, seasonal produce at its core, the main restaurant’s menu opts for locally sourced ingredients from selected eco-friendly farms as well as the resort’s own organic garden.
Chef Lazarou is the first Greek chef to be awarded with one Michelin Star. His new role at Cayo will see him invite guests to discover flavours from around the world, as well as delicious, traditional Greek and Cretan cuisine.
