Beefbar Mykonos, part of restaurater Riccardo Giraudi’s Beefbar franchise, has announced the launch of a new sushi menu.
Located inside Bill&Coo Hotel Mykonos, Beefbar Mykonos offers the new menu at its evening service, ideal for intimate dinners at sundown in the cove of Agios Ioannis.
The menu includes a wide section of Japanese wagyu, with guests able to choose from the likes of wagyu beef, toro tuna and yellowtail sashimi.
Following the lead of Beefbar’s St Tropez location, the Mykonos site is the second of the brand’s locations worldwide to serve up a sushi menu to guests.
Giraudi, meanwhile, is at the helm of over 30 dining concepts across the US, Europe and Asia. Born in Monaco, Beefbar’s typical style is to present a selection of street food, main courses and sides divided into three main categories: beef, reef and leaf, bringing the spirit of the French Riviera across the globe.
