The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali is set to unveil an expanded F&B offering once renovations are complete in July 2023.
The final piece of a renovation process that has taken over a year will be the opening of Arwana Restaurant, which comes following the launch of Kulkul Beach House in April 2023.
Situated by the beachfront, the newly-redesigned Arwana will reopen in July 2023 as an Asian grill restaurant. Design will be inspired by a modern boathouse, with nautical components throughout, as well as an open kitchen with Basque grills.
Since Spring 2023, The Laguna, Nusa Dua has been home to Kulkul Beach House, which has made a return with reimagined interiors and updated food and cocktail menus. The Kulkul kitchen reopened with a greater emphasis on zero-waste drinking and dining, spotlighting local produce and serving up a range of vegetarian and vegan options alongside traditional plates and seafood specialities.
With these additions, the resort now offers five F&B destinations to guests, including de Balé Lounge & Bar and Banyubiru, which were completed in the first phase of renovations in 2022. De Balé Lounge & Bar showcases a cocktail menu inspired by the oceanic spice trade, while Banyubiru Restaurant’s redesign sees its serving food from a show kitchen and buffet counter, inspired by Bali’s traditional ‘warung’ stalls.
