Baglioni Hotels & Resorts is expanding its Mediterranean footprint this June with the opening of Baglioni Resort Sardinia, which will includes two Italian restaurants – one of which will be helmed by Michelin-starred chef Claudio Sadler.
Located north of San Teodoro in Sardinia, the property is set within the Tavolara marina and comprises a 78 rooms and suites, a pool, spa and two Italian restaurants.
The signature restaurant Gusto by Sadler will present fine Italian dining at its light and sophisticated best. Created in collaboration with the Michelin-starred Claudio Sadler, the eatery is designed for authentic, memorable experiences.
In addition, Baglioni Resort Sardinia will also be home to a second Italian restaurant, Sunset Terrace Bar, and pool bar for evening and daytime cocktails.
Furthermore, the signature 25 metre pool has been designed within a leafy garden, with cabanas and loungers artfully positioned for sunseekers and a cocktail and poolside menu to be available on request.
