With art’otel Zagreb set to soft launch in October 2023, the brand has unveiled the food and beverage venues landing in Croatia.
The hotel’s primary F&B destination will be its pan-Asian Yezi restaurant and teahouse – a fine dining experience inspired by the traditional Asian tea house style of informal eating, drinking and socialising. Guests will be encouraged to celebrate the flavours and stories of modern Asian cuisine through the art of dim sum, mixology, tea and European patisserie.
Overseen by Group Executive Head Chef Werner Seebach, Executive Chef Dino Kenzevic and Dim Sum Chef Tom Tian Hau Low, the restaurant’s menu will be filled with the likes of dim sum, sashimi salads and yakitori, while bespoke tasting menus will also be on offer.
Adding to the F&B at art’otel Zagreb and set to open in spring 2024 is a rooftop bar, where cocktails will be served up to a backdrop of panoramic city views.
