Liberation Cocktails has launched on-tap cocktails to target the on-trade, available alongside its signature range of canned and bottled serves.
The pre-mixed cocktail specialists now offers taps, cocktail trolleys and mobile ‘magic walls,’ suitable for indoor and outdoor high volume bars and ideal for operators looking to implement a less labour-intensive cocktail offering.
Liberation’s on-tap offering supports venues by allowing them to trade more efficiently, removing the pressure of time constraints and the need for extensive ingredients and equipment. In addition, on-tap reduces contact with numerous ingredients and barware, delivering a more Covid-19 safe and faster service for customers.
Offering easy to pour cocktails of bar grade quality (ABV 8.2% – 10%) on-tap facilitates quick, consistent service to help boost revenue, with minimal staff training or stock loss, allowing for a more sustainable approach to operations.
The mobile tap wall moves easily into various locations and can be used as a standalone self-serve or an additional back-bar service point for high volume bars. Kegs and dispense equipment sit tidily behind the wall and its modular system allows additional units to be attached. Customised branding and menu panels are available, and the ‘wall’ can be supplied with Apple-Pay and self-serve dispense technology to become a completely integrated self-serve bar.
To ensure a smooth transition for busy venues, Liberation oversees the complete installation, from site survey through to choice of tap styles, equipment supply, installation and offers an after-sales service. A network of trusted technicians across the UK are available to respond to maintenance issues within 24 hours to ensure minimal downtime.
“Our on-tap cocktails give the trade a compelling solution to meet the growing demand for a quick, but premium cocktail service,” says George Workman, Managing Director, Liberation Cocktails. “With hospitality reopening and demand set to soar as we move into Q2 and Q3, we want to collaborate with exceptional bars, pubs, hotels and restaurants on a long-term basis to ensure Liberation Cocktails are a ‘must stock’ product to excite customers and boost sales.”
For venues that require theatre of service, but without the volume requirements or space availability to justify on-tap, Liberation also offers 75cl bottled cocktails in a range of flavours and 200ml canned cocktails available in five flavours including Espresso Martini and Pisco Sour.
