Jesus Adorno joins Brown’s Hotel as Director of Hospitality
Rocco Forte Hotels has announced that Jesus Adorno will join Brown’s Hotel as Director of Hospitality.
From 31 August, Adorno will work closely Chef Director, Adam Byatt, Head Chef Matthew Starling and Restaurant Manager, Abigail Clark, overseeing food and beverage across the hotel, with a particular focus om Charlie’s by Adam Byatt.
Adorno’s esteemed career has seen him at the helm of London institution, Le Caprice, for 30 years, rising through the ranks from head waiter to board member, before departing his longstanding position in 2020.
“Jesus is one of the best restauranteurs in the world,” says Sir Rocco Forte, Chairman of Rocco Forte Hotels. “I have known him for many years and it is wonderful to have him onboard. Jesus will be bringing his great experience and personality, adding a pizzazz to Charlie’s.”
Reflecting on his new appointment, Jesus Adorno says: “I want to help and be a vital part of marking Charlie’s the top restaurant in the West End, a destination where guests will come from every corner of the world to eat at Charlie’s because of a truly holistic dining experience, from the food to the service and then ambience.”
