Vendôm, a global recruitment network dedicated to refocusing recruitment in the luxury hospitality sector has announced that its new UK office will be helmed by leading wine-buyer and sommelier Guillem Kerambrun.

With over 20 years of experience alongside the likes of Alain Ducasse and Richard Caring, Kerambrun is a known face to all in the upper echelons of luxury hospitality.

He is now putting his expertise and extensive network to use in his new position, as UK Managing Director of Vendôm. Alongside his consultancy work as ‘My French Sommelier’ which sees him advise leading establishments on everything from wine lists to oenological strategy, Kerambrun will lead the launch of Vendôm, in the UK.

The new office, which is based in Soho, is set to partner with leaders across the industry, including the Dorchester Hotel Collection and Bulgari London.

“Vendôm’s focus on the human aspect of recruitment and the importance of connection in the luxury industry, is so important,” says Kerambrun. “I could not be more excited to help Vendôm expand into the United Kingdom and continue to spread its message as the Managing Director of its new office.”

Vendôm is a luxury recruitment firm and leader in luxury conferences. Launched by leading luxury hotel figure Laetitia Girard in 2015, the recruitment network has over 100,000 subscribers on its digital platforms.

Based in France, it also has established offices in Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, and the Indian Ocean markets, with a view to expand into the Gulf and Asia. 

Its latest project is ‘Excellence’, an international recruitment fair for luxury businesses and those with experience and interest in the sector. It will be held on a bespoke, high-performing app, and will take place from the 7-9 October this year.
