The Ixian Grand teams up with The Breakfast Club and Alex Webb
The Ixian Grand & All Suites is gearing up to launch collaborations with The Breakfast Club and chef Alex Webb.
Situated on the coastline of Rhodes, the adults-only all-inclusive hotel will put on an end-of-season foodie affair at its Milonges restaurant, kicking off with a takeover hosted by the UK’s retro-inspired brunch spot, The Breakfast Club.
The two-day event promises cocktails, brunch and bottomless entertainment, including DJ sets and bingo sessions. The menu will include hearty brunch classics, The Breakfast Club’s signature dishes and free-flowing cocktails in the Grecian sunshine.
Guests are invited to put on their chef apron as a two-hour brunch also includes a pancake masterclass where they can watch the professionals and learn how to cook up the perfect pancake. Cocktails include Bloody Marys, Breakfast Mai Tais and Rise & Shine Mimosas – with veggie and vegan options included in the menu.
Meanwhile, for one night only, MasterChef winner Chef Alex Webb will be hosting a chef takeover. Guiding guests through a culinary adventure of rich flavours, signature dishes and culinary elegance, Webb will create an exclusive menu for The Ixian Grand & All Suites.
The tailored menu will include dishes from Webb’s time on the cooking show, arranged to blend bistro cuisine with local Greek ingredients. Guests can expect boundary pushing flavours aligned with wine pairings to complement each dish.
