Pavyllon London’s Counter-Culture series returns in 2025

Multi-Michelin-starred French chef Yannick Alléno announces the return of Pavyllon London’s Counter-Culture series for 2025, collaborating with Chet Sharma, the Chef Patron behind Mayfair’s Indian restaurant, BiBi.

A six-course tasting menu has been co-created by the two chefs, blending the precision of French gastronomy with the bold flavours of Indian cuisine.

The menu comprises of six dishes with complimentary canapés, with Alléno’s plates spotlighting his signature French flair, premium ingredients and sauces using his extraction and cryoconcentration techniques. Meanwhile, Sharmas’s creations are inspired by ingredients and memories from the Indian subcontinent and demonstrate his mastery of spices.

Pavyllon’s Counter-Culture series sees Alléno and Head Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell invite culinary masters to the kitchen counter in Mayfair, located within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, as part of the hotel’s 55th anniversary celebrations in 2025, with more top chef collaborations to be announced.

Bar Antoine, adjoining Pavyllon London, will be offering a BiBi-inspired gin cocktail with curry leaves, named the C&C.
