El Mangroove welcomes chefs for Sustainable Gastronomic Congress
El Mangroove, part of the Autograph Collection, will host the Sustainable Gastronomic Congress for the second consecutive year.
Taking place within the Blue Zone of Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula on the Gulf of Papagayo, the two-day symposium will host a roster of world-renowned chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants.
Created by Enjoy Hotels, this year’s event will be headlined by celebrity chef, author and influencer Inés Páez Nin.
On the line-up, speakers including Israel Ramos of the Michelin-starred Mantúa in Cádiz, Kisko García of the Michelin-starred Choco in Córdoba, and Benito Gómez of the two Michelin-starred Bardal in Ronda, Málaga. Completing the agenda, Ramsés González of the Michelin-star CanCook in Zaragoza, Mitsutaka Kawata of Sun Taka in Barcelona, and finally, Culinary Director of Enjoy Hotels Randy Siles.
The two-day event will feature two eight-course dinners, the first at Makoko restaurant benefiting the Sonrisas Foundation, and the second a Gala Dinner hosted by the chefs at Malú restaurant.
Enjoy Hotels is a division of Costa Rican hospitality management company Enjoy Group – which currently operates more than a dozen properties, including hotels, restaurants and mixed-use destinations, in addition to a full service hospitality development division.
