Bar Convent Singapore is back and ready to shake up the bar industry at Marina Bay Sands on March 3-4, 2025.

There will be over 100+ brands in the Exhibition Hall. Campari Singapore brings the Camparino in Galleria to life, inviting visitors to explore its rich heritage at Stand C-01.

Elsewhere, Brown-Forman will launch its global community and education platform Bar Fabric, alongside the Woodford Reserve at Stand E-21. Diageo-owned Zacapa will also make a debut appearance at BCB Singapore.

Visitors will be able to indulge in the finest Italian spirits at The Spirit of Italy (Stand E-13), featuring six renowned distilleries, or explore Tequila Ocho & Elijah Craig American Whiskey’s bold flavours at Stand D-25.

For a taste of American craftsmanship, visit The Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS) at Stand B-05, where U.S. producers like James E. Pepper and High West Distillery showcase their best.

Along with these premium brands, Bar Convent Singapore will offer a schedule of insights, masterclasses, and presentations. Guests can experience two days of expert-led sessions across four stages: Tasting Corner, Craft Workshop, Centre Stage, and Club Cantina.

From hands-on tastings to industry insights, there will be the opportunity to discover the latest trends, innovations, and techniques shaping the world of spirits and cocktails.

Day one highlights include an exploration of baijiu’s role in modern bars, a deep dive into the science of flavour with Arielle Johnson, and an exciting reveal of Tequila Ocho’s new bottle.

Attendees can also engage in thought-provoking discussions on sustainability, mental health in the hospitality industry with The Burnt Chef project, and the art of balancing stress and reward in cocktail competitions.

On day two, mentorship takes centre stage with a panel on legacy and innovation featuring renowned bar professionals, while sessions on U.S. whiskey, white rum, and alternative agave distillates promise to expand attendees’ spirits knowledge.

The event also offers immersive guest shifts, with world-class bartenders from across Asia showcasing their craft at exclusive pop-ups, culminating in high-energy after hours hosted by Campari and Código 1530.
