Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort is collaborating with Swiss chocolatier Elias Läderach on an immersive chocolate-infused experience.

Set against the backdrop of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Pitons, ‘A Sweet Harmony’ unfolds at the Cocoa Mill, Sugar Beach’s newly launched boutique chocolate workshop, celebrating St. Lucia’s rich cocoa legacy. Through this collaboration, visitors and guests can immerse themselves in the artistry of chocolate-making, led by the expertise of Läderach himself.

Läderach will host a series of exclusive chocolate-making masterclasses and sensory experiences at the Caribbean resort. A celebrated figure in the world of fine chocolate, Elias Läderach will bring his world-class expertise to St. Lucia, offering guests a unique opportunity to delve into the art of chocolate.

In this interactive experience, participants will learn the intricate processes behind creating Läderach’s premium Swiss chocolates, guided step-by-step by the chocolatier himself.
