St Regis Doha will launch a new Fauchon Paris patisserie and salon de thé concept.
Set to open in September, the destination will cater to tea enthusiasts and gourmands, developing the hotel’s culinary offerings with a taste of Parisian luxury.
The collaboration brings a full tea house experience to the St Regis Doha, featuring a Parisian-style café terrace and interiors adorned in Fauchon’s signature pink design. Guests can expect carefully blended teas, pastries and chocolates, alongside immersive tea blending and masterclass experiences.
The new space will join St Regis Doha’s lineup of existing dining outlets and brands, including Novikov Restaurant & Beach Club, Hakkasan, Vine Restaurant, Astor Grill and more. The hotel is located on the West Bay, near the Diplomatic District in Qatar’s capital city and borders the Arabian Gulf, where sand dunes and ancient architecture paint the surrounding landscape.
Founded in 1886, Fauchon is known for its signature haute patisserie products, as well as macarons, chocolate, tea and fine foods. The company also operates a professional culinary training school that has seen some of the biggest names in patisserie pass through its doors.
Fauchon Hospitality is the hotel division of the food purveyor, which specialises in luxury contemporary gastronomy for restaurants, gourmet cafes, retail boutiques, and five-star hotels. The business debuted its first property in Paris in September 2018.
