Airelles Collection and French Chef Cedric Grolet have revealed an extension of exclusive seasonal offerings.
Following a partnership last season in Courchevel, the collaboration continues with a host of new pop-ups, menus and experiences.
For the summer season at Airelles, Grolet has designed all viennoiseries, bread, pastries and desserts for Château de La Messardière’s Palladio and La Table de La Messardière restaurants.
Dishes designed especially for the hotel feature the chef’s signature fruit and floral creations reimagined with flavours inspired by the South of France.
This autumn, Cedric Grolet will host an exclusive three-day pastry experience within the backdrop of Château de La Messardière, the palace hotel perched on a hilltop on the outskirts of Saint-Tropez in its Var region, spanning both Provence and the French Riviera.
In the heart of the picturesque Luberon valley, at La Bastide de Gordes, Bar de La Bastide invites guests to a special tea decorated with creations, including experimental Trompe-l’oeil fruits and flowers that the chef is famous for, alongside homemade iced tea or a glass of Veuve Clicquot.
In September, Airelles’ L’Orangerie restaurant offers a brunch featuring Grolet’s dessert buffet on the outdoor terrace, set high among the dramatic stone façade offering views across the Luberon.
