Pearly Cow sets sights on No.124 GuestHouse Brighton
Following the success of its York and Margate locations, Pearly Cow will open its third restaurant within boutique hotel No.124 GuestHouse Brighton in Summer 2024.
In keeping with other outposts, the 65-cover restaurant will offer a menu devoted to all that thrives in the British Isles, utilising the very best local produce from field and sea. Celebrating open-fire cooking, Pearly Cow serves sea-fresh catches of the day and slow-farmed grilled meats and vegetables. Favourites include the iconic signature dish, The Pearly Cow, which combines a 45-day aged fillet of beef tartare, oyster cream, beef jam, Exmoor caviar and charred sourdough.
Designed by the in-house team, the venue will be a moody, atmospheric space with an open kitchen. Within the restaurant is an inviting private dining room, with capacity to seat up to 16 guests and an additional area for guests to gather and enjoy pre-dinner drinks and bites before being seated. Elevated and intimate, this space is fully catered by the Pearly Cow kitchen and bar and provides a captivating backdrop for private parties, celebrations, and events.
Brothers Tristan, James, and Tom Guest have turned their attention to restaurants following the launch of their successful boutique hotel group, GuestHouse in 2021. The trio has identified cities with ever-evolving exciting and vibrant food scenes where Pearly Cow is destined to flourish.
“We are delighted to announce that Brighton will be the third site for Pearly Cow,” comments the brothers duo. “For us, Pearly Cow is all about creating a sense of occasion for locals and visitors. The mood is both relaxed and fun, a place where people can unwind while enjoying the very best standard of food and service. Brighton has such an innovative and exciting food scene and we look forward to being an active part of it when we open our doors in the summer.”
