El Fuerte Marbella has opened its doors after a transformation led by Jaime Beriestain Studio. The new hotel is home to multiple F&B venues, including an offering by Michelin-starred Paco Pérez.
The hotel’s rooftop terrace is home to Edge by Paco Pérez, a picturesque sanctuary with panoramic views of the sea, as well as a rooftop pool. Accompanied by a sky bar with mixology authored by Cristian Pineda, the new F&B venue puts Mediterranean cuisine and local produce centre-stage. “Edge is a space that looks towards the Mediterranean, where we offer a cuisine focused on the vegetable garden and the sea, in a convivial manner. It is a ‘casual fine dining’ concept, defined in three words: product, comfort and quality.”
El Fuerte Marbella is also home to Le Marche, a restaurant that brings together an earthy colour palette of terracotta, golden brown and green tones in a space inspired by an Arab souk, offering guests the chance to dine on a Mediterranean-inspired buffet.
Meanwhile, at beachside Soleo, guests will find traditional regional staples such as Spanish rice dishes, fried fish and seafood, combined with a range of more modern flavours.
