Global restaurant and lifestyle group Zuma has announced its new seasonal restaurant heading for Capri in summer 2023. Zuma’s upcoming opening will find home on the rooftop of Capri Palace Jumeirah in the quaint town of Anacapri.
In keeping with its signature F&B traditions, Zuma Capri will offer up a modern izakaya menu and cocktails alongside views of the Sorrentine Peninsula and Tyrrhenian Sea.
‘’Following the success of our restaurant in Porto Cervo, Sardinia in summer 2022, we were really excited to see the appetite for Zuma in Italy,” says Rainer Becker, co-founder of Zuma. “After exploring the market, we are looking forward to opening our third restaurant on the beautiful island of Capri in partnership with Capri Palace Jumeirah.”
Ermanno Zanini, Regional Vice President for Jumeirah Group adds: “We’re delighted to join forces with Zuma and bring our guests another exceptional culinary experience in this coveted corner of the island. Capri Palace Jumeirah captures the essence of the Italian Dolce Vita, and with Zuma Capri further enriching our dining offering, there’s an additional compelling reason to explore the unspoiled charm of Anacapri this season.”
First created in London in 2002 by Becker, Zuma now resides in 22 destinations around the world. The new Capri outpost marks the group’s third restaurant in Italy, adding to its existing sites in Rome and Sardinia.
