SEEN by Olivier has opened its doors in Nice, on the sixth and top floors of the newly-renovated Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel, which began welcoming guests in December 2022. The concept, created by restaurateur Olivier da Costa, sees eclectic cuisine and cocktails served up in a vibrant and intimate setting with panoramic views.
The new opening’s menu features flavours from across the globe, ranging from Asian cuisine to contemporary Mediterranean specialities. Tapping into the traditions of its locale and executed in collaboration with local suppliers, the restaurant honours classic Niçois dishes, including pissaladière, stuffed Niçois, snails, fish soup with rouille and rigatoni Riviera style. Moving to the bar, mixology is of great importance, with a selection of drinks served up alongside a daily programme of DJ sets.
SEEN by Olivier Nice, with its art-deco inspired decoration, offers a 360° view of the city and the Mediterranean Sea from both its indoor seating and terrace.
After the success of SEEN by Olivier in Sao Paulo, Lisbon and Bangkok, Olivier Group continues its European expansion, adding a Nice address to a tally of seven restaurant concepts across the French Riviera.
