The Rubens at the Palace in London has announced a number of private dining experiences led by its culinary team.
The hotel, which reopens on 17 May, is marking the occasion with a trio of private chef experiences. Highlights include a 21-course omakase experience with chef Suren, featuring sashimi and sushi tasting.
The fine-dining experience will be led by chef Suren, who has trained at Hakkasan and Gilgamesh and has over 10 years’ of experience in Japanese cuisine.
Meanwhile, chef Ben Kelliher will prepare a four-course gourmet meal in The English Grill using seasonal produce from suppliers who serve the Queen’s kitchen. The chef serve top-quality cuts of meat cooked in a charcoal-fired Josper grill, complete with with theatrical table-side carving.
Finally, chef Kumar will head up an Indian banquet complete with champagne and canapés. The Curry Room at The Rubens holds a AA Rosette, delivering an experience that celebrates authentic flavours made with high-quality ingredients and exclusively imported spices from India.
