VII Hills Dry Gin evolves with new look
Award-winning spirit brand VII Hills Italian Dry Gin has unveiled its modern new look, inspired by the foundation of Roman civilization and culture.
The sophisticated new bottle features a bespoke cap and seal, produced using recyclable materials; a unique bottle design with glass sourced from North East Italy; a premium embossed label printed 50 kilometres away from Torino Distillati; and recyclable cardboard boxes made near to the distillery.
Drawing on his wealth of experience working in some of the world’s very best bars, in locations spanning London, Dubai and Italy, founder Filippo Previero, founded Seven Hills in 2014 with a plan to revive the Italian gin category.
A brand that values the synergy between design and innovation, the new look has been unveiled in tandem with news that VII Hills is to become one of the first spirit brands to be blockchain certified.
Going forward, a QR code on the label will give consumers direct access to information regarding the distillation process and where the gin’s ingredients are sourced from.
A modern yet classic gin with ingredients rooted in history that delivers an authentic Italian experience, VII Hills is distilled with botanicals found throughout the centuries among the hills of Rome and used by Romans for medical and culinary purposes, including chamomile, pomegranate, artichoke, celery, rose hip, bloody orange and Italian juniper.
The result is a well-balanced spirit with a distinctive body, strength and flavour, that is delicately complex and still remains light and refreshing.
