The Hardy Group, in association with Supper, are inviting industry experts to weigh in on current issues facing the hospitality industry as part of a series of webcasts.
Joining the discussion on Monday 4 May is restaurateur Steve Palmer, Managing Partner of consultancy firm The Indigo Road. Palmer – the author of Say Grace: How the Restaurant Business Saved My Life – will speak about the impact of COVID-19 on independent restaurants and the future of F&B.
“We hope that this information can empower decision making that enables your business to better navigate these times,” says The Hardy Group.
Founded in 2009 in Charleston, North Carolina, The Indigo Road owns and operates more than 20 F&B concepts throughout the Southeast. In 2016, Palmer founded Ben’s Friends, the food and beverage industry support group offering help to professionals who struggle with substance abuse and addiction. His efforts have also been recognised by the James Beard Foundation, with three nominations as a semi-finalist for the “Outstanding Restaurateur” category in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
The webcast will take place at 12:00 EDT (16:00 GMT) on May 4. RSVP here.
